What happens when I add a third person?: You can still view and export everything, but you cannot add new hires until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
Is there a setup fee or annual contract?: No. You are billed monthly and you can stop any time.
What counts as an active person?: Someone on your roster who is not marked inactive. Inactive people stay in your records but do not count toward your bill.
What if I have 3 people one month and 8 the next?: You pay for however many active people you have that month. No annual commitments.
Do you offer refunds?: If RosterClear did not work for you, email us within 14 days of your first paid invoice and we will refund it.
